We see The Three Horseshoes as being a vibey and friendly pub that does very good food. We are quirky and different in how we like the pub to look. Our wonderful customers have really embraced that.
We think a pub with happy staff and a happy atmosphere rubs off on the customers and that is what a pub should be about to create that perfect environment, which in turn ensures all our customers have the best experience which is of course crucial to succeeding at a tough time for the industry.
We like to be quirky with our taste, ranging from décor, to artwork, lighting, the music we play right through to the events we hold, the food on our menu, the drinks we sell, the live music events we host and much more. We always like to be very original and not regurgitate the same things that a lot of pubs do. There are only so many things you can offer in a pub, but we will always look to be original and give our guests an experience every time they visit us.
"To us all pubs in our town are great and serve a crucial role in the development of the community. However Tommy and myself said from the outset that we would be different and do everything our way, rather than conform and replicate what other pubs do. We have become very well known as a pub that welcomes everyone, has a wide ranging demographic, creates a very safe and welcoming environment for all, gets very involved with all aspects of community life, raises awareness for local businesses, works with and sponsors local sports teams, because they are also crucial to a community from a health and well being point of view as well as many other benefits and also we have synonymous as pub that will organise and host charity events which make a massive difference to peoples lives. All things to us are what makes us feel good in our opinion is what running a pub is all about!!"
